Senior Market Intelligence Analyst . This role will directly support regional and global leadership by delivering insights that guide strategic planning, product development, and commercial decision‑making. This is a high-visibility role covering the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What You Will Do
Analyze macroeconomic, regulatory, and technological trends shaping the North American automotive and powertrain landscape. Research market volumes, segmentation, customer requirements, and mobility trends to identify emerging opportunities. Develop competitive intelligence on key OEMs and industry players – including product benchmarking and strategic positioning. Monitor and interpret regulatory frameworks (CO₂/NOx/emissions, fuel economy, incentives) and translate their impact into actionable insights. Provide high‑quality reports, forecasts, and dashboards supporting business planning, strategic planning, and executive decision‑making. Collaborate across Strategy, Product Planning, Sales/Key Accounts, R&D, and external research partners to ensure aligned market direction. Your Impact
You will play a critical role in shaping
regional market strategy , influencing major decisions across: Powertrain adoption trends (ICE, hybrid, BEV, FCEV) OEM strategies, platform roadmaps, and competitive dynamics Your intelligence will drive strategic direction and investment prioritization across North America. What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher in
Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics , or related field 5+ years
in
market intelligence, competitive analysis, or strategy , ideally in the automotive or industrial sector Strong understanding of
powertrain systems
(engines, hybrids, transmissions, e‑drive, etc.) Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and develop clear, compelling insights for senior stakeholders Proficiency with
Power BI , MS Office, forecasting tools, and market research platforms Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills Full professional proficiency in English; multicultural or global experience is a plus Why Join This Opportunity?
