What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with the Group Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Managers to develop actionable project plans and coordinate with account leads
Lead internal meetings, establish goals and objectives, and ensure meetings stay on track
Advocate for the workflow process and ensure clear direction is provided through action orders
Maintain constant communication with teams and clients to meet expectations and deliverables
Review and provide input on statements of work and identify best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in project management, including planning through execution and delivery
Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project and/or an online project management workflow tool
Experience in digital, print, and broadcast production
Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in an agency setting
Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry
