What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Support the implementation and optimization of EHR-based solutions across therapeutic areas
Partner with IT leaders at health systems to identify opportunities for workflow interventions
Conduct education and share knowledge with account teams and other stakeholders
Establish feedback loops to capture insights on adoption barriers and operational challenges
Guide pilots and rollouts, ensuring seamless integration of HIT solutions into provider systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience in Health IT, EHR/CDS, or clinical informatics within relevant settings
Direct experience working with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Oracle, Athena)
Proven track record of supporting pilots and rollouts of HIT solutions within provider settings
Ability to travel 50%, as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MPH, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent)
5+ years of progressive experience in Health IT or clinical informatics
Certifications such as HIMSS or RHIA/RHIT
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy workflows and CNS therapeutic areas
Experience collaborating with account teams in pharmaceutical or biotech settings
