Job Description Project Engineering Associate Manager
This individual will serve as the JSF F‑35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Associate Manager at Luke Air Force Base, AZ. The role interfaces with ALIS and Mission Planning Environment (MPE) Multi‑Function Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to oversee and manage day‑to‑day technical priorities, operational issues, training, and to ensure processes and checklists are properly administered and documented. Responsibilities also include interfacing with multiple internal and external customers to address operational needs and ALIS resource allocation, managing L‑code personnel for ALIS Multi‑Function Analysts in the region, and reporting to the Luke ALIS Site Manager. Candidates may possess a background in Off‑board Mission Systems, System Administration, Database Administration (DBA), or Software/System Engineering. Selected applicants may be required to work rotating shifts and may work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed by operations.

Excellent communication to all levels of the organization, including external customers and LM Executives.
Prior hands‑on knowledge of the JSF F‑35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), including an in‑depth understanding of its architecture, design, and deployment plans.
System integration expertise.
Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi‑functional teams.
Experience in full software life cycle for flight, ground, database, and simulation software development, plus systems engineering experience on major development programs.
Prior Database Administration and/or Database Development experience.
Security+ certification.
Demonstrated system administration skill.
