Overview Our client needs additional support on their Helpdesk. The role involves taking calls, assisting with remote access, VPN setup, and general trouble‑shooting. Candidates should be polished, professional, and logical in their communication.

Responsibilities

Take inbound calls related to Helpdesk requests.

Troubleshoot remote access and VPN issues.

Assist users with Windows and Active Directory problems.

Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing (preferred).

Job Type & Location Contract to Hire based in Sandy Springs, GA (hybrid).

Pay and Benefits Pay range: $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
