Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders.
Responsibilities
Organizing shifts and managing staff schedules
Handling cash and operating the cash register and drive‑thru
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen sanitation
Overseeing customer service and satisfaction
Motivating and leading the team, fostering a positive work environment
Preparing orders, working the fryer/griddle, and operating kitchen equipment

pay – position starts at the minimum rate listed in this posting, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
Annual Holiday Bonus (dependent on company financials)
Pay Rate: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour
Requirements
Must love to smile, laugh & have fun!
1+ year of food service or management experience
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly
Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment
Promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
MUST be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
Must complete the application & assessment to be considered for the position
