Job Summary Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location, enhancing practice efficiency and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Execute operational tasks to enhance practice efficiency and growth.

Work closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to foster a positive team culture and achieve practice results.

3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience required.

Proficient in dental performance management software (Denticon Preferred).

Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word).

Solid understanding of P&L management, revenue cycle, A/R budgeting.

Comprehensive understanding of enforcing current labor laws.

Adhere to regulatory guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.).

Work Environment / Conditions

Maintain a full‑time schedule (~40 hrs/wk); extended hours may be required.

Travel up to 10%.

Prolonged sitting and standing as needed.

Exposure to potentially hazardous objects/materials.

Wear appropriate work attire as needed or required.
