Schedule Monday through Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (Admin Day). 60‑minute lunch breaks.

Office Manager Job Summary Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The OM will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in their dental practice with the goal of enhancing practice‑level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience required

Proficient in dental performance management software (Dentrix, Denticon Preferred)

Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)

Solid understanding of P&L management, revenue cycle, A/R (budgeting)

Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws

Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)

Work Environment/Conditions

Ability to maintain a full‑time employment schedule approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required

Ability to travel up to 10%

Prolonged sitting and standing as needed

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Exposure to potentially hazardous objects and/or materials

Ability to wear appropriate work attire as needed or required
