Take ownership of insurance, claims, AR cleanup, and reporting
Help guide the team through our upcoming software conversion
Put systems and processes in place to keep the office running well
Lead with confidence and clarity while maintaining a positive, supportive environment
Oversee daily operations with real decision‑making authority

Dental Office Manager Job Summary Within the Star Dental Partners affiliated network of dental practices, the Office Manager is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The Office Manager will focus on executing numerous operational tasks with the goal of enhancing practice‑level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The Office Manager works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

Qualifications
3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience
Proficient in dental performance management software (Open Dental, Denticon Preferred)
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word)
Solid understanding of P&L management, revenue cycle, A/R budgeting
Comprehensive understanding of enforcing current labor laws
Adherence to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)
Work Environment & Conditions
Ability to maintain a full‑time employment schedule approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required
Ability to travel up to 10%
Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
Exposure to potentially hazardous objects and/or materials
Ability to wear appropriate work attire as needed or required
