What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Establish a clear product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals
Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders, including the COO and CEO, to gather insights and understand regional priorities
Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features tailored to the client base
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is a must-have
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
