What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish and maintain a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals
Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
Collaborate with key business stakeholders, including the COO and CEO, to gather insights and understand priorities
Work closely with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure effective execution of product features
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across regions
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation
