Corporate Associate Attorney
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
Job Description We are assisting a distinguished law firm in beautiful Milwaukee, WI to identify a Corporate Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4+ years of substantive experience in corporate law and M&A. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, shareholder agreements, and other business documents, as well as supporting complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate financing.
Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, shareholder agreements, and other business documents. Support complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate financing.
Qualifications
At least four years of solid experience handling corporate law and M&A matters.
Superior legal writing, oral communication, and analytical abilities.
A collaborative approach and commitment to exemplary client service.
A background in business, accounting, or tax is highly regarded, though not required.
No portable book of business is necessary.
