Role Description We are seeking a Quoting Coordinator for a full‑time, on‑site position in Denver, CO. The Quoting Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and managing quotes for products and services based on client specifications, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure accuracy and timely communication. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of quotations, supporting the sales team with pricing documentation, and addressing client inquiries.
Qualifications
Proficiency in preparing accurate quotes, data entry, and attention to detail
Strong organization and time management skills for managing multiple tasks
Effective written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with clients and team members
Experience working in the commercial or industrial construction industry is preferred
Proficiency in office software and quote‑management tools
Ability to collaborate as part of a team and work effectively in an on‑site setting
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
