Responsibilities
Manage subcontractors and vendors that are signed up for the project.
Moderate weekly subcontractor onsite meetings, complete notes and sign‑in sheets.
Implement safety program and ensure safety standards are met.
Responsible for jobsite cleanliness.
Hold subcontractors accountable.
Deep understanding of plans and client intentions.
Read, understand, and implement drawings.
Identify changes in scope early and report them to the Project Manager for change orders.
Daily and weekly reporting, including client reports.
Enforce job schedule in field.
Provide monthly schedule updates.
In charge of quality assurance and quality control of work.
Requirements
At least 5–10 years of experience working on construction projects.
High School Diploma.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and other computer applications.
Availability for travel to client sites (road‑warrior position).
