Who are we?
Private Medical has spent the last 20 years creating a new category of concierge medicine - private medicine - by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team.
Based in California, New York, and Florida, our physician‑led teams work in concert with our gynecologists, Naturopathic Medicine Doctors, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused, evidence‑based, longitudinal care to our members and their families. Private Medical is, by design, privately held and free from any conflicts of interests.
Role Summary System Administrator I supports Private Medical’s identity systems, SaaS platforms, and endpoint workflows. This role resolves Tier 2 escalations, manages SSO/SAML reviews, administers Google Workspace and JumpCloud, and assists with IT projects across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Administer user accounts, groups, and policies in Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
Manage SaaS tools including Zoom, RingCentral, Salesforce, and Exclaimer.
Review and test SAML/SSO integrations for new applications.
Support JAMF Pro workflows including device profiles and app deployment.
Troubleshoot access, authentication, and provisioning issues escalated from Tier 1.
Escalate complex system issues to Systems Administrator II.
Collect requirements for new tools or workflows and support project planning.
Provide on‑site support 2–3 days per week within assigned region.
Travel as needed for hardware rollouts and network upgrades.
Maintain system and workflow documentation in Confluence.
Draft end‑user communications for updates and new releases.
Requirements
2–4 years in IT support or SaaS/system administration
Experience with Google Workspace and identity platforms
Knowledge of SSO/SAML and provisioning workflows
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work on‑site and travel when required
