Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities.
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Physical Requirements
Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Walk around facilities spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds to ensure curb appeal.
Qualifications
Experience : Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation : Employees must have a valid driver’s license and use their own vehicle to travel between locations; mileage reimbursement is available.
