Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Project Manager
who is fully bilingual in
English and Spanish
to lead and oversee the implementation of
ServiceNow
solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex IT projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end project management for
ServiceNow implementation , including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Prepare and deliver clear project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, and best practices.
Facilitate communication between English‑ and Spanish‑speaking stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
10+ years of project management experience , with at least
5 years leading ServiceNow implementations .
Fluent in English and Spanish
(oral and written) – must manage documentation, meetings, and negotiations in both languages.
A strong understanding of
ServiceNow modules
(ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.) is preferred.
Proven ability to manage multi‑phase, enterprise‑level projects with diverse stakeholders.
Advanced skills in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management).
PMP, certification
strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Attributes
Experience working in multicultural and international environments. (LATAM)
Ability to adapt communication style for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and consulting partners.
