Klein Thomas Lee & Fresard is a rapidly growing national litigation firm. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–6 years of civil litigation experience to join our expanding Los Angeles/Orange County team. Our office is located in Irvine, CA, and this position is remote.
Role Overview As a trial attorney, you will represent manufacturers, healthcare providers and other companies in high‑stakes class action, product liability, medical device and commercial litigation. The practice is fast‑paced and intellectually challenging. You will be expected to travel a few days per month, including for trials across the country.
Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, take depositions, and argue motions.
Prepare and present cases for trial, including travel to court as required.
Collaborate with teammates and participate in mentoring and teamwork initiatives.
Qualifications
At least one year of civil litigation experience.
J.D. from an ABA‑approved law school.
Member in good standing with the State Bar of California (or other state).
Strong academic credentials and willingness to travel.
