Our client is seeking a 2–8 year Litigation Attorney
to support its construction litigation practice in Irvine, California. The role is open to attorneys with experience in construction litigation, as well as those from high-end insurance defense, real estate litigation, or commercial/business litigation backgrounds. Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr – $220,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Handle all phases of construction litigation matters Draft and argue motions, including demurrers and discovery motions Manage written discovery and depositions Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and briefs Assist with mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Qualifications
2 to 7 years of litigation experience Construction litigation experience preferred Strong writing and research skills Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000, with factors such as geography, skills, education and experience influencing the exact placement within the range. Benefits
