BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney with medical malpractice expertise to join their Las Vegas, Nevada office. This role offers a professional environment with opportunities for client development and collaboration with skilled attorneys. A hybrid working schedule may be available after training, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
Duties
Manage and handle own files and matters. Conduct interviews and meetings with client representatives. Engage in direct interaction with insurance claims representatives. Take and defend fact and expert depositions. Prepare expert disclosures and reports. Oversee pre-trial discovery and motions. Manage large document production and database matters. Lead mediations and trials as first chair, preferred. Delegate work to paralegals effectively. Participate in marketing and business development activities. Draft publications, articles, or legal presentations, preferred. Requirements
Currently licensed to practice law in Nevada. Experience in medical malpractice litigation, preferred. Strong work ethic and case management skills. Excellent communication and analytical abilities. Exceptional research and writing skills. Ability to travel as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Nevada. Skills
