A well-established mortgage creditor rights law firm providing legal services throughout Missouri, Kansas, and Kentucky is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for its Chesterfield, Missouri office. The firm has represented mortgage lenders for over fifty years and focuses on real estate and creditor rights matters. Primary responsibilities include handling real estate transactions, litigation, and bankruptcy matters within the state of Missouri.

Qualifications

Must be licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar

Willingness to become licensed in Kansas and Kentucky

One to three years of legal experience preferred, ideally in real estate-related practice areas

Strong writing skills

Experience in real estate law

Mid-level attorney

Litigation experience

Legal drafting skills

Bankruptcy experience
