We are seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our Denver-based team. This role supports attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast‑paced legal environment.
Base Pay Range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of
2 years of experience
as a Trusts & Estates paralegal
Strong knowledge of estate planning documents, trust administration, and probate procedures
Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
Proficiency with legal document management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Assist with trust administration and probate filings, including court submissions and asset transfers
Maintain and organize client files, calendars, and deadlines
Communicate with clients, courts, financial institutions, and other third parties
Support attorneys with research, document review, and matter management
Preferred Qualifications
Paralegal certificate or relevant formal training
Experience working in a mid‑sized or large law firm
Familiarity with Colorado probate and trust laws
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
