Job Summary Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Healthcare Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization with a flexible hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our healthcare clients by managing smaller accounts, marketing to carriers, and ensuring seamless client service.
This position is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management, particularly those with a background in healthcare or professional liability lines.
Compensation Package
Salary: $74,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage smaller healthcare accounts, typically consisting of 1-3 locations per account.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Senior Account Managers to support the book of business.
Market accounts to carriers, prepare ACORD forms, and obtain loss runs.
Utilize offshore vendor support for tasks that do not require licensing.
Provide exceptional client service through shared inbox and phone line management.
Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in account management; experience in healthcare or professional liability lines is a plus.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software preferred.
Soft Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
