The Opportunity We’re seeking a
commercial, relationship-driven State Manager
to own and grow the North Carolina market. This is a
hands‑on, high‑visibility
role ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds strong distributor partnerships, and knows how to activate brands at the account level.
Candidates must reside in or near Charlotte or Raleigh. Strong relationships with RNDC and/or Empire in NC are essential.
On‑Premise experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full North Carolina business: execute annual plans, manage budgets, and drive profitable growth.
Manage the complete brand portfolio; track depletions, inventory, and prevent out‑of‑stocks.
Build strong working relationships with
RNDC and/or Empire
teams at all levels.
Activate on‑premise and off‑premise programming; ensure pricing, menus, displays, and POS are executed with excellence.
Call on and grow key accounts—lead menu placements, features, activations, and local partnerships.
Identify distribution gaps, competitive activity, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on strategy, programs, and distributor planning.
Participate in sales meetings and market work‑withs; travel across NC 4–5 days per week.
Compensation Compensation: $125,000 per year
