Litigation Paralegal
to join its Denver office. The ideal candidate will possess
a minimum of 5 years of complex litigation experience
and hold an
ABA-approved paralegal certificate or an associate's degree in paralegal studies .
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support
Organize, manage, and review large volumes of documents and evidence
Draft and file legal documents, including subpoenas, pleadings, and discovery requests
Coordinate and maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court filings
Prepare exhibits and trial materials, and provide in‑court support as needed
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and schedule depositions
Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
Utilize litigation support software to manage case data and streamline workflows
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Must have an ABA‑approved paralegal certificate, associate's degree in paralegal studies, or an attorney declaration under BPC 6450
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in commercial litigation
Strong understanding of Federal and State court rules and procedures
Proven experience managing complex document review projects for civil litigation matters
Ability to collaborate with attorneys to develop discovery plans and document review protocols
Extensive experience preparing and serving subpoenas in both State and Federal courts
Proficiency with Relativity, RelOne, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, Lexis CaseNotebook, Westlaw/Lexis
Exceptional proofreading skills for context, grammar, and typographical accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent decision‑making and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strategic thinking and case management planning skills
Compensation and Benefits The firm offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience, along with a highly lucrative bonus structure. Additional benefits include:
