Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (Hybrid/Remote)
My client, a well‑respected civil litigation firm with two offices in the Los Angeles area, is seeking an Associate Attorney. This position may be hybrid or fully remote.
Base Pay Range $130,000 – $220,000 per year
Additional Compensation

Job Description The principal duties and responsibilities include legal research and factual investigation; drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, and motions; coordinating with expert witnesses and consultants; drafting discovery and responses; assisting with depositions; managing all phases of document review and production; and preparing for and attending trial.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Draft legal memoranda and all varieties of pleadings and motions.
Coordinate with expert witnesses and consultants.
Draft strategic discovery and responses to defensive discovery.
Assist with the preparation and participation in depositions.
Manage all phases of document review and production.
Prepare for and try cases.
Qualifications
Attorney with 2–7 years of litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to learn quickly, communicate well, show initiative, and thrive in a demanding environment.
Demonstrated interest and commitment to working in a litigation setting.
Prior coursework, training, or experience in liability, consumer litigation, product liability, or employment law is a plus.
Trial experience is a desired attribute.
