Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation
Location: Irvine, CA
Base pay range: $130,000.00–$200,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and factual investigation for civil litigation matters.
Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Coordinate with expert witnesses and consultants.
Assist in depositions and manage all phases of document review and production.
Prepare for and try cases in courtroom and alternative dispute resolution forums.
Qualifications
Attorney admitted to the state bar.
2–10 years of litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding environment.
Demonstrated interest in a litigation setting and a commitment to working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume practice.
Prior coursework, training, or work experience in liability, business litigation, and real estate litigation is a plus.
