The Los Angeles, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full‑service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice.
This role focuses on insurance defense litigation, handling case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials for a wide range of general liability matters, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation.
Conduct extensive research and produce persuasive written opinions and filings.
Prepare and present cases in hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Collaborate with senior partners and associates on strategic case management.
Qualifications
Strong research and writing skills.
1 to 15 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation or substantive litigation experience in any arena.
Admission to the California Bar.
Option for partnership consideration with extensive relevant experience.
Compensation & Benefits USD $135,000 - $225,000 per year.
