Summary Join our team as a Configuration Analyst. You’ll work with our ERP system to manage job configurations for manufacturing and collaborate with teams across Sales, Engineering, Production, and more.
Responsibilities
Review documentation to ensure customer‑submitted documents are accurate.
Maintain and update ERP configurator rules.
Keep Bills of Materials up‑to‑date.
Record and track temporary changes.
Handle change requests in the ERP system.
Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers.
Conduct impact analysis for system changes.
Resolve software issues and manage ERP data.
Assist with system analysis, design, and testing for product development.
Always adhere to safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and personal interaction skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Experience with engineering data is highly valued.
Must be onsite for at least 40 hours per week.
Ability to access manufacturing areas, lift/move parts up to 50 lbs, and stand for 6‑8 hours per day.
Must pass a background check and drug test.
