Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for end users during the Windows 11 upgrade Assist with deployment, imaging, and setup of Windows 11 machines Support day‑to‑day IT needs for project users Required Skills / Experience
Basic helpdesk / desktop support experience Prior experience with Windows 10/11 upgrades or migrations Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to pass background check and drug screen Valid driver's license and personal transportation If you are an IT Support Technician who enjoys working hands‑on and supporting users, apply today! Note: This is an onsite position in New Hampshire and only applicants currently living in New Hampshire or Massachusetts will be considered at this time. Pay Range: $25‑28/hr
