Assistant Manager Location: 901 Sunvalley Blvd, Concord, CA

Salaried: $70,000 - $90,000 (per year)

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview We’re searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. Grow from entry level to management and beyond at Domino’s Pizza.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment and prepare product.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Manage orders using computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers.

Qualifications Must be 16 years of age or older.

Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate orally over phone and in person.

Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Correct monetary change handling.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands for rapid and accurate movements.

Physical ability to lift and carry products up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, reach, and operate in hot environments.

Work Conditions

Exposure to varying weather, hot surfaces up to 500°F, and moving mechanical parts.

Must work in cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Varying temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+.

Physical & Sensing Requirements

Standing most tasks; walking on tile/aluminum surfaces.

Lift up to 50 lbs, push loads up to 7.5 lbs, and climb stairs/ladders.

Reach above 72" occasionally; bend at waist.

Operate hand‑tools such as cutter, peel, and rolling cutter.

Use eye‑hand coordination, typing, and phone use.
