Job Requirements You must be 16 years of age or older.
General Job Duties
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Understand and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic math accurately and quickly (calculator use allowed).
Make correct monetary change.
Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination for rapid, accurate movements.
Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather when removing trash, temperature ranges from 36 °F to 90 °F+ inside, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
Sensing
Talking and hearing on telephone.
Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
Depth perception.
Differentiation between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Additional Physical Requirements Climbing: infrequently navigate stairs or ladder for maintenance. Stoop/bending: forward bending at waist at the pizza assembly station (30‑45 s at a time) and when stocking. Crouching/squatting: occasionally when stocking shelves or cleaning low areas. Reaching: up, down, forward, up to 72 in for oven controls and price changes. Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, frequent use of forearms, wrists, pizza peel, cutter, and boxes.
