Customer Service Rep (08315) - 3430 Ocean View Blvd Position: Customer Service Representative / Driver at Domino's Pizza.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare all products and use proprietary technology.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Provide on‑the‑job training for new products.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).

Make correct monetary change.

Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.

Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F and above in some work areas. Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools from up to 500 °F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing: Talking and hearing on the telephone. Near and mid‑range vision. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Temperaments: Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work along and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile bricks with linoleum. Height of work surfaces is 36–48 in.

Walking: Short distances for short durations. Delivery personnel must travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer’s location.

Seating: Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are unloaded by hand truck. Cases up to 50 lb, stacked up to 72 in high.

Carrying: Large cans, pizza sauce up to 30 lb, trays of dough ~12 lb each. During delivery, carry pizzas, sides, and beverages.

Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated area. May make several deliveries per shift.

Pushing and pulling: Move trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lb.

Climbing: Navigate stairs or ladder occasionally. Five or more flights during delivery may be required.

Stoop/Bend, Crouch/Squat: Required at the assembly station and stocking areas.

Reaching: Up, down, and forward; up to 72 in.

Hand tasks: Eye‑hand coordination continuous, use of hands. Shaping dough requires forearm/wrist use. Manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, handle pizza boxes. Grasp cans, phone, cutter, etc.

Equipment: Use pencils, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and peel.

Technology: Employees must use Domino’s technology (Driver app, Digital Shoulder Surf, Car Side Delivery).
