Job Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Food Science Regulatory Manager to lead regulatory compliance across product labeling, packaging, and documentation. This role ensures adherence to FDA, USDA, CFIA, and international food regulations while partnering cross‑functionally to support quality assurance, audits, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with food labeling, ingredients, and packaging regulations
Maintain knowledge of FDA, USDA, and international standards
Manage regulatory documentation and allergen labeling programs
Provide regulatory guidance on product formulation and claims
Support internal audits and external inspections
Educate teams on food safety and labeling requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field (advanced certifications preferred)
5+ years in food regulatory affairs
Strong knowledge of FDA, USDA, and CFIA regulations
Proficient in regulatory databases (e.g., Genesis) and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
