Assistant Project Manager
to join our Madison, WI team.
How You Will Contribute
Assist the Project Management team with estimating and change orders.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on sprinkler projects.
Ensure field crews have well‑planned resources for installation efficiency.
Provide top‑notch customer service to customers and internal stakeholders.
Support team members in a collaborative, deadline‑driven environment.
What You Need To Qualify
Post‑secondary education in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–3+ years of experience (including internships) in mechanical contracting or engineering.
Knowledge of estimating software and AutoCAD is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast‑paced settings.
