You will have the opportunity to focus on General Freight (Van, Flatbed, Reefer), as well as additional solutions like LTL, Sprinter Vans, Box Trucks, Hazmat, and Over‑Dimensional shipments.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Relationship Building:
Proactively identify and connect with potential customers through calls, messages, and in-person visits to develop lasting business relationships.
Negotiation & Deal-Making:
Work directly with customers and carriers to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes and a profitable book of business.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly goals, sales quotas, and growth expectations to contribute to the overall success of the team and the company.
Market Awareness:
Stay up to date on industry trends, market rates, load and truck capacities across the U.S., and competitive offerings.
Collaborative Success:
Work closely with the logistics team to drive growth, share insights, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Experience:
2+ years of proven success in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.
Relationship Builder:

Tech‑Savvy & Organized:
