What To Expect Tesla Associate Regional Collision Managers are the leaders of our internal collision centers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing team members, managing day-to-day operations, and expanding our field sites to meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer base. We are looking for high energy, inspirational leaders that are not bound by the norms of the industry. What You’ll Do
Deliver excellent results and achieve goals quarter after quarter, month after month, on all aspects of customers, people, operations, strategic direction and financials.
Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond for existing and new customers, monitoring trends, and developing standards and processes to elevate the overall body repair experience.
Eliminate barriers for your team, coach and mentor, and foster an open communication, active problem‑solving, and positive work environment.
Own every aspect of region performance, drive continuous improvements, champion safety, efficiency, quality and overall excellence across multiple locations.
Establish strategy and business plan for overall performance and growth, evaluate resource needs, develop new locations, and partner with service to build a cohesive network of cosmetic repair capabilities.
Understand financials, lead center operations to achieve quality, productivity, output, cost and margin goals, and justify investments to expand footprint.
Act in the best interest of Tesla with a passion for our mission, product, and people.
What You’ll Bring
Ability to travel up to 60% or more if required (based on region).
Prior leadership experience in a body repair or reconditioning focused industry.
Experience leading teams remotely and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities.
Strong process/operations experience, proven leadership of field, technical repair or manufacturing teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment with customer‑facing responsibilities.
Experience developing and operating complex processes using lean or other techniques.
Technical acumen – knowledge of all Tesla products, body repair systems, processes and procedures.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
