What To Expect Tesla Associate Regional Collision Managers are the leaders of our internal collision centers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing team members, managing day‑to‑day operations, and expanding our field sites to meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer base.
We are looking for high‑energy, inspirational leaders who think first principles, have a laser focus on accomplishing objectives, and can guide a team through five‑fold growth over the next two years. A successful candidate will bring a wide range of collision, insurance, and OEM experience and a vision to lead a team through a revolutionary era of industry body repair.
This role is for the Northwest Region (Washington and Oregon).
What You’ll Do
Deliver excellent results and achieve goals quarter after quarter, month after month, across all aspects of customers, people, operations, strategic direction, and financials.
Exceed customer expectations by actively monitoring trends, developing standards and processes, and continuously elevating the body repair experience.
Lead through others, committing to the success of your team, coaching, teaching, and building a group of top talent who become the next generation of Tesla collision leaders.
Own every aspect of your region’s performance, driving continuous improvements in safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence across multiple locations.
Establish strategy and business plans for regional performance and growth, evaluate resource needs, develop new locations, and partner with service to build a cohesive cosmetic repair network.
Understand business numbers, lead daily operations to achieve specific goals in quality, productivity, output, cost, and revenue/margin, and justify investments in existing shops while expanding the footprint.
Act in Tesla’s best interests, showing passion for the mission, product, and people.
What You’ll Bring
Ability to travel up to 60% or more, as required by region.
Prior leadership experience in a body repair or reconditioning industry.
Experience leading teams remotely and managing diverse roles and responsibilities.
Strong process/operations experience, proven ability to lead field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment with customer‑facing responsibilities.
Experience developing and operating complex processes using lean or other techniques.
Technical acumen – develop knowledge of all Tesla products and body repair systems, processes, and procedures.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Expected Compensation
Mgr Collision – $114,000 – $171,000 annual salary.
+ Cash and stock awards + benefits for all levels.
Pay offered may vary depending on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
