Project Employee, Game Reviewer – National Basketball Association (NBA)

Work Option:

Eligible employees may work remotely one day per week.

Job Summary The Game Reviewer, Basketball Strategy and Growth will work closely with the Game Review team to review and evaluate officiating events and performance of all NBA Referees. The reviewer may also assist with various league operations projects, as directed. This is a temporary position with an expected duration not to exceed 10 months.

Major Responsibilities

Conduct daily reviews of NBA, G‑League or WNBA games, with a focus on officiating and evaluating and non‑call situations.

Prepare post‑game reports of NBA, G‑League or WNBA officiating events, including data entry of play‑calling evaluations.

Participate in the identification and selection of plays for education and training and for department, pre‑season and owner/team meetings.

Send descriptions of plays and video links on topical plays.

Required Education / Professional Experience

Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year professional experience in a corporate environment.

Experience with basketball video breakdown and review and passion for the game of basketball.

Experience using web‑based video platforms.

Strong understanding of NBA Rulebook.

Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and attention to detail.

Ability to process information quickly and focus for long periods of time.

Integrity with confidential information.

Salary Range $35/Hourly
