Job Summary
We are seeking a Landscape Architect for a full‑time position in Spokane, WA. The role involves developing site and landscape designs, producing construction documentation, and ensuring compliance throughout construction. The position requires significant experience and advanced CAD skills.
Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Develop site and landscape designs for client review and approval
Produce construction documents in AutoCAD / Civil 3D including hardscape layout plans, grading/drainage plans, planting, lighting and irrigation plans, and construction details
Conduct periodic on‑site observation of construction activities to monitor compliance with plans
Participate in client presentations, public outreach, and regulatory meetings
Represent the firm with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience on commercial, education, institutional, and complex single‑family environments
AZL or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Knowledge of local plant materials, climate, and planting practices
Basic understanding of design principles and site design codes and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and multi‑task in a deadline‑driven, creative environment
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Civil 3D and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
