Full‑time (Monday – Friday, overtime available)
Salary: $45,000 – $75,000 per year plus bonuses, competitive weekly pay, and benefits.

Responsibilities
Perform installation of new or replacement parts in accordance with manufacturer specifications or customer orders and apply common-sense safety principles in accordance with company standards.
Use tools, equipment, and applications specific to HVAC systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications or customer orders.
Complete all required paperwork as per company policy.
Understand the implications of new information for current and future problem solving and decision making.
Drive company vehicle to the job site.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to convey information effectively.
Conduct tests with the installation crew and inspect products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
Physical Requirements
Physically able to work on HVAC units.
Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on the time of year.
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of driving experience required.
Over the age of 21.
