Summary The PIO Installer position drives vehicles from the staging area into the Production Shop, performs accessory installations, and cleans each work area at the end of each shift. Installations may include all accessories performed for each account according to manufacturer's instructions.
Responsibilities
Produce quality installs within a specified timeframe
Observing safety precautions drives vehicle from the staging area into the Production Shop work area
Prepare vehicle for installation by pulling proper accessory part
Obtain and sign for appropriate materials sheets
Prepare accessory kits for installation
Install accessories according to manufacturer's instructions
Notify Quality Control Inspector once installation is complete
Correct any deficiencies noted by Quality Control before the vehicle is returned to staging area
Return vehicle to staging area
Complete a defect tag if parts are defective and submit to Supervisor, for which part may be considered a warranty claim
Submit daily production sheets to Supervisor
When required, perform installations outside
Follow established guidelines and work safely
Maintain a clean and hazard‑free work environment
Follow all policies and procedures regarding safety
Must have the ability to frequently stand, bend, climb, squat, and lift up to 50lbs
Assist team members to assure quality is maintained during installations
Assist fellow team members to make sure quality is maintained, and installations are completed in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Compensation $22.55 per hour

Must hold a valid state‑issued driver's license without restrictions Required
1 year experience in installation in a port‑processing environment Preferred
