Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Location : Davis, CA (Onsite; flexible/occasionally WFH)
About the Role
Seeking an experienced Accountant to manage
Accounts Payable
(primary focus) and
Accounts Receivable , along with general accounting tasks in a small‑batch manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process AP invoices, match POs, and manage weekly payments.
Handle AR collections, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare journal entries, month‑end reports, and ad‑hoc financial analysis.
Manage sales & use tax filings, inventory controls, and cost accounting.
Qualifications
3+ years accounting experience; AP/AR expertise required.
NetSuite ERP experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills; knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
100% onsite in Davis, CA; occasional remote work.
