Job Overview
As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‐office team, and other regional advisors. You will build lasting client relationships, provide tailored, comprehensive investment strategies, and contribute to a firm with a century of history and a commitment to client success.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to acquire new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized strategies that help them achieve their goals.
Oversee branch processes and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience in accordance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to develop, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
Create a highly engaging branch environment built on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
Utilize a firm‑provided branch office and support network, including client support and regional coordination, to deliver optimal client service.

Experience in financial services with successful client relationships and deep investment knowledge.
State insurance licenses preferred.
Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
