Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team, and other regional financial advisors. Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
Create a highly engaging environment in the branch built on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Complete ongoing training and required registration and license maintenance.

Candidate Qualifications
Series 7 and Series 66 required.
Experience in financial services with a track record of success.
State insurance licenses preferred.
Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
Skills and Requirements
