Base pay range $50,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr
Job Overview As a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team, and other regional financial advisors. You will benefit from the experience that comes from over 100 years of history and serve more than eight million clients across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired results.
Create a highly engaging environment in the branch based on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities; maintain registrations, licenses, and registrations in good standing.
Enjoy a firm‑provided branch office in the community with client support to help lighten the load so you can focus on clients.
Work independently with a network of thousands backing you every step of the way.

Candidate Qualifications
Series 7 and Series 66 required.
Experience in financial services working with clients; in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
State insurance licenses preferred.
Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
