Account Manager and Senior Recruiter
We are seeking an AR & Billing Specialist to join a growing distribution company in Hazelwood, St. Louis, MO. This is an onsite role with flexible hours and the opportunity to be part of a small, collaborative accounting team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
Manage accounts receivable and monitor aging reports
Apply cash receipts and resolve payment discrepancies
Follow up on past‑due accounts in a professional manner
Assist with month‑end close and basic reconciliations
Maintain customer records and billing documentation
Support the CFO and Senior Accountant with ad hoc accounting tasks
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in AR, billing, or general accounting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a small accounting team
Proficient in accounting software and Excel
Degree encouraged but not required
Compensation
Competitive salary with annual performance bonus potential
$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
