A leading Real estate Development firm in the Sugar Land area is seeking a detail-oriented
Sr. Escrow Officer
with experience in both single-family and commercial land transactions. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in guiding land and home deals to successful closings. What You’ll Do:
Manage escrow accounts for single-family and commercial land transactions from contract to closing. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate closings. Prepare and review closing documents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Track deadlines, funds, and contractual obligations to prevent delays. Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed and confident throughout the closing process. Collaborate with internal sales, land acquisition, and legal teams to resolve any transaction issues. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Escrow Officer, Title Officer, or similar role in both single-family and commercial land transactions. Strong knowledge of escrow processes, contracts, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and escrow/closing software systems. Why Join?
