Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site, hybrid, or remote role for a Senior Escrow Officer based in Dearborn, MI. The Senior Escrow Officer will oversee a variety of escrow transactions, from opening escrow files to facilitating successful closings. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing documents, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, resolving any client inquiries, and collaborating with parties involved in the transaction process. Additionally, the role demands coordination with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to ensure efficient and accurate completion of all necessary documentation, while managing deadlines and prioritizing key tasks.
Qualifications
Experience with escrow processes, title services, and property transactions
Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
Proficient communication and client relationship management abilities
Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations related to real estate and escrow transactions
Proficiency in using escrow and title software, as well as general computer skills
Problem‑solving capabilities and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Work experience as a Senior Escrow Officer or a similar role; certification as an Escrow Officer is a plus
