$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
I am looking for a senior accountant to join a newly centralized, global lease accounting team supporting facility, vehicle, and equipment leases across the organization. This role offers strong career mobility, exposure to global operations, and the opportunity to shape processes in a growing function.
What You’ll Do
Administer and report all lease activities in compliance with
ASC 842
Maintain and review lease schedules and system data
(LeaseQuery/FinQuery)
Prepare and approve lease-related journal entries; support monthly/quarterly/annual close
Perform
balance sheet reconciliations
and resolve discrepancies
Review lease agreements and determine appropriate accounting treatment
Partner with Real Estate, Fleet, Legal, and FP&A teams
Lead process improvements and support system enhancements, audits, and special projects
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Accounting + CPA required
5+ years of accounting experience; public accounting preferred
Strong GAAP knowledge, including
ASC 842
Experience with lease accounting systems
(ideally LeaseQuery)
